For your convenience we now accept Pay Pal!!- $500 security deposit due no later than 5 days after receipt of lease agreement and other documents. All signed documents are due at that time.
- 60 days prior to vacation rental = 50% of total payment due.
- 30 days prior to vacation rental = balance of total payment due.
